FOUR STAGES
01 · MAPA short diagnostic across the business's operations. Output: a ranked map of workflows agents can run, each with the number it would move and the systems it must touch.
02 · SHIPSenior engineers build and deploy the first agents, wired into payments, CRM, courier, and back-office systems through MCP servers. Production by quarter, not pilot purgatory.
03 · OPERATEThe agents run under measurement: every workflow tracked against the P&L number it was mapped to. Tuning continues until the outcome holds.
04 · HAND OVERThe client's team receives the runbook, the infrastructure, and the operating playbook. MogIntel leaves; the agents stay.

THE STACK
Every engagement ships working software: autonomous agents for the workflows mapped in stage one, and the MCP servers that connect them to the client's real systems. The MCP layer is open source, so the client can audit it, self-host it, and keep it after handover. Nothing depends on MogIntel staying in the building.
