Nokar is an autonomous WhatsApp commerce agent MogIntel is building as its own product: it answers customers in Urdu, English, or Roman-Urdu, and runs every step of a retail order without a human operator. It takes the order, collects payment, books the courier, tracks the shipment, handles refunds, and closes the day with a reconciled ledger.
It exists to prove a claim clients can hold MogIntel to: that the firm ships autonomous agents into production against real payment rails, real couriers, and real customers. The first deployment market is Pakistan; the stack underneath is market-agnostic and reused on every client engagement.
The reusable layer
Underneath Nokar sits open-source infrastructure: MCP servers that connect agents to payment providers, couriers, and marketplaces. Pakistan's rails came first; each client engagement adds connectors for the systems that client runs. The layer compounds, and every future build ships faster because of it.
